The Manchuria-Ussuri Mixed Forests & Meadow Steppes bioregion is located in the Eastern Eurasia realm (eastern Palearctic) and contains six ecoregions – Changbai Mountains Mixed Forests (656), Manchurian Mixed Forests (669), Northeast China Plain Deciduous Forests (673), Ussuri Broadleaf and Mixed Forests (685), Amur Meadow Steppe (741), Suiphun-Khanka Meadows and Forest Meadows (746)  – totaling approximately 118.5 million hectares of land area.

The Manchuria-Ussuri Mixed Forests & Meadow Steppes bioregion is part of the Northeast Asian Forests subrealm and is made up of six ecoregions: (1) Northeast China Plain Deciduous Forests (2) Changbai Mountains Mixed Forests (3) Manchurian Mixed Forests (4) Suiphun-Khanka Meadows and Forest Meadows (5) Amur Meadow Steppe (6) Ussuri Broadleaf and Mixed Forests.
