Deserts & Semi Deserts

Biome

Desert biomes receive very little rainfall and can be hot (Sahara, Mojave) or cold (Gobi, Antarctica). They have sparse vegetation like cacti and hardy shrubs, with animals adapted for water conservation, such as camels and reptiles. Semi deserts receive slightly more rainfall, allowing for more plant cover.
