Alexander Dale, PhD
Director of Global Challenges, MIT Solve
Dr. Alexander Dale is the Director of Global Challenges for MIT Solve. He oversees Solve’s annual Challenges on Climate, Economic Prosperity, Health, and Learning, along with Solve’s equity-focused US work, including the ongoing Indigenous Communities Fellowship. Alexander joined Solve as the lead for the climate and sustainability work in 2017, and has an academic background in the life-cycle impacts of energy and water infrastructure, energy policy, and engineering education.
